The Success Discovery Process (SDP) is a program designed to help you obtain the greatest benefit from your assessment. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Carefully read through your report.
  • Highlight any statement you disagree with.
  • Select and print the appropriate SDP workbook  for your assessment report.
  • Carefully and thoughtfully fill out the SDP workbook
  • Take action to apply what you have discovered
  • Create an "Action Plan" for improvement.
  • Review your Action Plan and the SDP monthly to stay on target.
