Fill out the Information form.
Accept the Assessment Processing Authorization
Start with the first part of the Leadership Model, the Emotional Intelligence Quotient. Click on "Complete Now" to begin.
Begin part two of the Leadership Model. It is listed as the "Workplace Motivator." It defines your personal interests, attitudes and values as they relate to the job. When finished click on "EXIT" to continue.
You will be taken to a page that provides access to, and the ability to print, the Success Discovery Process workbook that was especially designed as a development tool for the "Leadership Model" program.
